The company was established in earnest by Bhacker Suleman Jaffer, and was ostensibly a distribution company, with activities in farming and trading in consumables.

Bhacker Suleman, an ethical and trustworthy trader, built his name and company on the principles of trust, reliability and quality, ethics that are still firmly held at BSJ Group today.

Haj Mulla Bhacker’s sons joined him in the late 1940’s and with his vision and support , successfully diversified their activities to include General Trading, Distribution, Property Development, Information Technology, Luxury Brands and Overseas Investment. As a group we are at the forefront of Oman’s manufacturing sector, having pioneered many of the country’s most successful brands.
